Recycled Toners for the Earth

Recycling programs
are much felt nowadays especially in those industries that are actively announcing their volunteerism to claim wastes and reuse these. In the printing industry, this is also applicable and some even offer promos like with free shipping or with payment for those who will donate empty cartridges. So what happens to these cartridges when donated?

Recycled toner cartridges, also known as remanufactured cartridges, are inspected carefully to replace the damaged parts if there are. This is to retain the quality of the cartridge before it is made available for purchasing.

By returning a cartridge, you get to conserve energy and oil that are commonly used when creating new inks and toners. You also save the natural resources that are usually needed in making original equipment manufactured toners (OEMs). Lastly, you lessen the wastes thrown in the landfills that take a long time to decompose.

The big difference between remanufactured toners and OEMS which needs to be considered is the price of remanufactured eco-friendly toners. These are somehow cheaper than the brand new ones because of how it is production. So why not try an Earth-friendly toner instead? It’s saving nature at a lower cost.
